2004 Bodega Norton Privada

I just love this wine. It is a perfect blend of three big grape varietals, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The wine is a deep garnet purple color with hints of toasty mocha, dark chocolate and baked berry aromas. On the palate the finish is a satiny, dry, medium-to full-bodied, followed by mocha, Spanish red pepper and a smooth wood tannin with a great vibrant texture.

This is a wine that should be enjoyed with friends at a Bar-B-Q or when you’re craving a great steak dinner.

Available at the Greenery and at Café Central.
