The downtown eatery has been awarded the 2009 Best of Award of Excellence, the fourth time winning this distinction from Wine Spectator Magazine.
Café Central joins the ranks of 797 restaurants across the world and is the only restaurant in El Paso to do so. The wine selections of winning restaurants should have a range of regions, vintages and styles and should complement that restaurant’s cuisine.

Billy Crews in Santa Teresa has received the Grand Award, (the highest Wine Spectator Award), again this year. They have won it year after year.
The Best of Award of Excellence is Wine Spectator's second tier award.
