The Public Grounds Coffee House will opens its doors Aug. 24, providing El Pasoans access to Seattle's Best coffee as early at 6 a.m. Located in the Toltec Building across from the new Federal Building (not yet completed), this coffee house will cater to the Downtown workforce that occupies the County Courthouse, Federal Building and police and fire stations.
The environment is a very coffee house cozy with paintings by El Paso artist Cesar Ivan on the walls (see slide show below), comfortable leather couches and free WiFi.
