Dyer Street is home to some of El Paso's best Korean restaurants. Today, we visit Kal Bi House for Bi Bim Bop, a dish so yummy and popular, you can watch Gwyneth Paltrow's video on how to cook it.

Located in a strip mall on the corner of Dyer and Broaddus is Kal Bi House, serving Korean and Chinese food to a packed lunch crowd. For $5.99 you can order one dish to satisfy all your food needs, Bi Bim Bop.

In Korea, Bi Bim Bop is a popular one-dish meal made with bulgogi-style meat and deliciously marinated vegetables. Be sure to request the fried egg on top for an extra protein blast.

Kal Bi House is located at 5718 Dyer, 79904, 915.562.0311. Open Tues. thru Sun. 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Closed Sundays. Click here for directions.
